Rules & Guidelines for Collecting Contingency from Dart

To apply for Contingency or receive a Contingency payment, you must complete the following three steps. Once completed, you will be eligible for the Dart Contingency Program. All claims made to collect contingency payments from Dart must be submitted within 30 days of the event won!

Step 1

To qualify for contingency rewards you must have purchased claimed product and be prepared to show proof of said purchase. You must display official, unmodified contingency stickers from Dart or, with permission from Dart, you may use a painted logo. Step 2

You must display the official Dart Contingency Stickers on your vehicle. All stickers/logos must be prominently displayed on an outer surface of the vehicle. Stickers may not be stacked. One sticker for each product to be claimed is required. Decals placed on the inside of spoiler/wing spill plates or placed on front or rear bumpers are not eligible for contingency verification. Stickers from a competing company that match the same product category as a Dart product claimed will void the claim. Knowingly claiming a product that is not in use on the vehicle for which the claim was made is defined as a fraudulent claim.

If you are claiming a contingency payment and have completed the previous steps, you may fill out the form below to apply for a contingency payment. Please complete all fields and be as thorough as possible. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your contingency payment from Dart.
